Who will be visiting your site? The audience should dictate the message. Tailoring content for specific visitors is important.
Examine your budget.
A website is an extension to your business or orgainization. How it looks and works is a reflection of your company or group. Be realistic. Electing the cheap choice is usually not the best choice. Certainly, you could build your own website for free, but do you have the time to do so? And the expertise? A professionally designed website, designer's experience, and the personal consulting is definetly worth the investment in your company.
What is your message?
